MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
Monday, July 16th, 2012 @ 6:30 pm

PRESENT: Florence Schroeter, Rose Tavtigian, Pat Jones, Librarian, Esther Clarke, and Charles Casella
ABSENCES: Gloria Visgilio-Lupi, Debra Arrieta, Lisa McMahon, and Valerie Scheer, Tony Foran,
CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes of the June 18th, 2012 meeting were approved.
LIBRARIAN’S REPORT
The Librarian reported on the Library Addition progress. He reported that work continues in selecting a site for library relocation during construction. The most likely site is the Cultural Community Center.
CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
The Chairman reviewed the work remaining before construction begins.
OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS
The Commission discussed the impact of the Library relocation. The Chairman and the Librarian will voice the Commission’s concerns at the next meeting of the Library Working Group.
